I live in Ireland and since 1998 have suffered from depression, on and off, have never really got a proper diagnosis of what sort of depression I have, services here are crap really but I think the disease, as at this stage, I feel its more than an illness, is the same the world over and I'm new to this but hoping even writing down my thoughts or 'speaking' to someone that knows will even help for a few minutes that I am online.
