Hi I was wondering if you see a therapist, that's how I managed to go back to school and complete one course. I still need to go back but I'm more focused on work and my driving. I take prozac 25mg and lorazepam 1mg for the panic feeling. It takes time, I'm sorry what your going through but relaxing and breathing are good techniques. And for Dana I would like to know the name of the cd, take care friends.
