Go to Phenelzine on Wikipedia, scroll down to Pharmacology, then read the full second paragraph in pharmodynamics:

Overtime the levels of epinephrine and norepinephrine can be reduced by users of phenelzine by a complex interaction with octopamine.
(Now,if you google octopamine, you will read at the bottom,where it states that octopamine replaces norepinephrine in MAO users)

The anti-depressant effects of serotonin are mediated through norepiniphrine. So, therefore, the depletion of norepiniphrine and epinephrine may significantly inhibit the full therapeutic potential of phenelzine, and the other MAOI's. For this reason:

Augmenting with an adrenegic agent, such as a Norepinephrine Reuptake Inhibitor or a Releasing Agent in conjunction, maybe desirable.

: STRICT PROFESSIONAL SUPERVISION IS ADVISED TO MINIMIZE THE RISK OF POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS DRUG INTERACTION SUCH AS HYPERTENSIVE CRISIS

Now google,Norepinephrine reuptake Inhibitor, or releasing Agents.
They both have tramadol listed,along side a wide range of other, (supposedly restricted drugs not to be taken with nardil). Except!!!! Under that strict supervision.

Thus the feelings of euphoria, energy etc., by whom-ever took tramadol

I cant believe somebody hasnt gone to their Psych, and shown them this information, and asked to be augmented with a Norepinephrine reuptake Inhibitor or a releasing agent???????????

Hi to all, Ive made up my mind nardil is the cause of my extreme tiredness. I can sleep all night, get up at 8pm, do some work and then get go back to sleep at 10.00am, and, can do this 2 hourly, throughout the day. Driving the car is another problem. I just seem to go into a veggie state when at the wheel, have to keep shaking the head, and focus big-time on staying on the road. The computer, is another one, as well. Could people explain their tiredness conditions, so that I can proove to myself this is really the case. Im like a lot of you, can remember the full-on energy levels I had with the old nardil. It seems like a dream that I was ever that good. Is their anymore news regarding making a newer nardil anywhere??? in the world???? Also any tips or hints would be much appreciated as well...
