Use the following form in order to add an entry to the coping thoughts table. The goal is to share with other people the self-talk that helps you cope with anxiety and depression.
Please mind some basic rules:
- Keep coping thoughts in the present tense.
- Keep coping thoughts in the first person.
- Make your coping thoughts believable (no black and white thinking).
- Avoid "Should" statements in your coping thoughts.
