Use the following form in order to add an entry to the coping thoughts table. The goal is to share with other people the self-talk that helps you cope with anxiety and depression.

Please mind some basic rules:
  • Keep coping thoughts in the present tense.
  • Keep coping thoughts in the first person.
  • Make your coping thoughts believable (no black and white thinking).
  • Avoid "Should" statements in your coping thoughts.

Editors keep the right to delete submissions from this table. Note that all strings are limited to 255 characters!
